Indeed Company Pages gives employers the ability to interact with prospective job seekers by showcasing their company’s brand and culture. Job seekers are increasingly searching for more information on companies they’re interested in during their job-hunting process, making it more important than ever to feature a company’s unique identity.
With an Indeed Company Page, clients can tell their company’s story to millions of job seekers. Complete with employer reviews, jobs, salary information, and photos, a Company Page gives job seekers a closer look at a client’s company before they apply.
Every employer with jobs on Indeed automatically has a Company Page. A basic version of Company Pages is available for free. By claiming and updating their page, a client can build their employer brand on Indeed and attract the best candidates.
FAQ:
Q: How does a company have a Company Page on Indeed.com without them creating it?
A: Indeed Company Pages are automatically created when job seekers review past employers included on their resume or job listings added to Sponsored Jobs. A Company Page appears in search results once at least two reviews are added.
Q: How does a client create a Company Page if they don’t see one after searching?
A: If a client doesn’t have a Company Page, they should visit Indeed.com and create an employer account. Once a client posts their first job, the Company Page will automatically generate identical branding to the posted job's branding. Upon creating their account, contact information for an Indeed Client Success representative will become available to the client, and they will be able to assist.
Q: Can a client pay to remove a bad review? How can a client remove their Company Page?
A: It's Indeed's policy to create the absolute best experience for job seekers, including authentic reviews. That means Indeed will never delete a review or Company Page if it meets our guidelines. Our content guidelines ensure every review passes through a sensitive filter with a manual check by humans if the content is questionable. If a client feels that a review is false, libelous, or doesn’t meet the guidelines, they should go to Indeed.com and create an Indeed employer account. Upon creating their account, contact information for an Indeed Client Success representative will become available, and they will assist in the review moderation process. The review enters the moderation pipeline again with visibility unchanged and is re-evaluated by the same content guidelines.
Q: There are multiple Company Pages for our client. What can your client do?
A: A client should go to Indeed.com and create an Indeed employer account. Upon creation of their account, contact information for an Indeed Client Success representative will become available. They will work with your client to get their Company Pages merged with all reviews, ratings, Q&A, and salaries added to their main page, nothing excluded. The Company Profile they set up with videos, social accounts, and info about working at their company will be unaffected.
Q: How are jobs listed on my client’s Company Page?
A: Company Pages include all jobs at your client’s company when: you integrate your ATS with Indeed, when the client adds any jobs on Indeed directly or when we find any jobs on the internet for their company.
Q: Can my client reply to reviews? If so, will it show the employee or the company name?
A: Companies are encouraged to reply to reviews. Any user with Page Owner access may respond. All responses include the company logo, but the name of the person responding is not shown.
Q: On the Q&A tab, who is allowed to ask questions and reply?
A: Anyone visiting a Company Page may ask and answer questions. As with Reviews, we highly encourage clients to respond to questions on their company page. If a client doesn’t have any questions on the Q&A tab, clients can ask them themselves! When they reply, it will show the answers from the company, plus they’ve made it easier for job seekers to learn more about their company. The questions determine the categories asked automatically.
Q: Can clients send their followers' emails with the Alerts feature?
A: Alerts are sent automatically via email when new jobs are available at their company. If there are new reviews, up to three of these reviews are also included.
Q: If a client claims their Company Page, will they receive alerts whenever a new question or review is posted so they can respond promptly?
A: Every week, page owners will receive an email with up to three of the latest reviews and questions. For more information, a client should go to Indeed.com and create an Indeed employer account. Upon creation of their account, contact information for an Indeed Client Success representative will become available. They will happily assist them further!
