Client Billing FAQs

If your clients are experiencing billing issues with Indeed the client will need to reach out to Indeed.

If they have an account manager, please have them reach out to them directly. If they haven't been assigned an account manager or are unsure if they have been assigned one, please have them log on to their account using the Help Center: https://www.indeed.com/hire/contact-us

What payment options are available

Credit card is the most frequently used payment option however Indeed also offer several invoicing options (subject to credit check carried out by our Finance team).

If they are interested in setting up a credit/invoicing option for their sponsored jobs campaign, they should advise their Indeed account manager who can arrange for a credit check to be carried out and in turn, advise them of which options are available.

 *Minimum/ maximum monthly spend thresholds may apply (varies by location)
