All Post applications delivered to your ATS include sponsored and ITA tracking in the POST response from Indeed for every application.
The field name is “sponsored” for sponsored applies and "targetedApplyad" for ITA, and they are included in the “analytics” top-level object in the application JSON data payload when a job is sponsored with a value of “true.”

If the job is organic, the field and value will not be present in the JSON data.
